🇺🇸 Georgetown Beard Club’s America 250 Senior Car Parade 🇺🇸
Join us as we celebrate America’s 250th Birthday by bringing the spirit of Independence Day directly to some of Georgetown’s most cherished residents.
Since 2021, the Georgetown Beard Club has proudly hosted our annual Senior Car Parade, decorating our vehicles and traveling through local senior living communities to ensure residents can be part of the celebration. What began during COVID has become one of our most meaningful traditions, and we’re honored to continue it again this year.
This is more than a parade. It’s an opportunity to honor the generations who came before us, celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday, and spend a few hours bringing smiles, music, flags, and patriotic spirit to those who helped build the community we call home.
🇺🇸 Participant Information
🚗 Decorate your vehicle in red, white, and blue
📍 Meet at Alliance Bank (Williams Drive & Serenada Drive)
🕣 Arrive by 8:30 AM
🚗 Parade departs promptly at 9:00 AM
Our route will take us through Georgetown senior living communities, including The Wesleyan and The Delaney, where we will make designated stops to gather with residents and honor our country.
🎵 We will stop at designated flagpoles for the National Anthem.
