Sunday Easy Riders

Easy Riders will meet across 7th street from the Georgetown Library this Sunday at 8AM. Wheels down at 8:10. Our mantra is just to get some exercise and enjoy the company of good people as we ride around Georgetown. The Rough Riders are starting an hour earlier than us so we may be able to meet up with them after the ride. We seldom have a planned route because we adapt to whoever joins the ride. Our target is 5-10 miles but it has been as little as 3 and as high as 23. We decide as a group before we start and adapt to the group needs when appropriate. Jeff generally leads the ride, exploring areas of Georgetown that many of us have never experienced. He is always happy to let someone else lead so he can just enjoy the company. Mel and Jeff ride with 6 and 7 year old daughter/granddaughter in tow. The girls are learning to ride on their own but not yet ready to ride independently on our Sunday rides.
