La belleza de los 5Ritmos desde un enfoque teatral es que tenemos la oportunidad de reflejar la vida, absorbiendo cada trozo de su ofrenda y devolviéndolo todo a la danza una y otra vez.
Al vivir esta práctica, encarnamos todos los ritmos a través de cada respiración que tomamos, a través de cada ofrenda que hacemos. Cada gesto es una extensión de nuestro cuerpo, corazón, mente, alma y espíritu. Un paisaje poético de entrega. Una caída libre, un paso en respuesta viva a lo que está ocurriendo en nosotros, a nuestro alrededor y de manera universal.
