Katrien Mazijn is 5 Rhythms®-docent en lerares piano en muziekgeschiedenis. De 5 Rhythms® laten me telkens opnieuw volledig verbinden met mijn lichaam en wekken mijn creativiteit tot leven. Ik hou van deze non-verbale, meditatieve, bewegende vorm van communicatie. Naast dansen geeft de natuur mij een diep gevoel van vrijheid. De eenvoud en schoonheid van de natuur brengen me rust en laten me heerlijk opladen.

Katrien Mazijn is a 5 Rhythms® teacher and a teacher of piano and music history. The 5 Rhythms® allow me to fully connect with my body again and again and awaken my creativity.
