Melbourne based teacher Meredith returns to Newcastle for this weekend waves workshop that explores the Shadow Map of the 5Rhythms cosmology.
Bring curiosity and movement into the places where we get stuck, intense, confused, distracted and zoned out.
This workshop will be a playful, open hearted exploration of the human condition that cultivates a new way of experiencing old patterns.
We will harvest gold from the way we resist, realise the gifts and have fun while doing it
Located at our beautiful workshop home: Newcastle Waldorf School, Glendale.
Dance Friday night OR the WHOLE WEEKEND!!!
Workshop hours:
Friday night: 6:30 - 9:00pm OPEN NIGHT
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
This counts as 2.5 days of Waves hours – prerequisites for the 5Rhythms teacher training.
