5Rhythms is a lightly guided dynamic movement meditation practice where freeform dance, spontaneous and unique, is the medium and the medicine. We follow "the wave" of music, energy and rhythm, surrender tension and open up to the wisdom of the body as a gateway to consciousness. It is a practice of being in our bodies that ignites creativity, connection & community. No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessary.
There are no right or wrong moves, no steps to learn. Dress to sweat, trust your bare feet and follow the choreography of your soul.
Classes are led by Daniela Peltekova and/or Masayo Benoist, both certified 5Rhythms teachers and accredited 5RTA members.
