5Rhythms Waves Auspicious Spiral
Come and dance the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness on this Auspicious Saturday.
Turn your attention to your physical moving body and connect with your dance. You are welcome however you are.
We create dance meditation together so arrive on time. Arrive at 7.15 to begin on time at 7.30pm. There is no entry after 7.40pm.
Stay for the entire 2 hour session. We gather in circle, briefly to bring the evening to completion at 9.30pm.
The 5Rhythms is an unvoiced, movement practice with spoken guidance from Mary.
Tickets: Full price £18, Low income and concessions £16 Young person U21 £6
You can self cancel your ticket for any reason up to 24 hours before the dance for a full refund. You can also contact Mary to cancel up to 24 hours before the dance.
Dance barefoot. No footwear permitted. allowed. You can wear grip Pilates socks. Choose clothes you love to wear to dance. Bring water to drink in a refillable water bottle. Entrance is pre-booked only.
5Rhythms is a conscious space, please do not come to the dance if you are intoxicated with alcohol, cannabis or any other substance.
