Opening the Heart to the Power of Love
The Power of Loving invites you to explore the subtle but profound shifts that happen when we step into the field of love, compassion, and vulnerability.
In this 5-day workshop, we’ll move through the powerful 5Rhythms Heartbeat map - guiding us into deeper emotional understanding and allowing us to move beyond old limiting beliefs and defenses. As we collectively tap into the rhythms of life and embrace each other’s stories, we’ll find ourselves more open-hearted, kinder, and able to flow through the world with a renewed sense of ease and strength.
This is a journey about honoring where you’ve been, celebrating your resilience, and using that wisdom to inspire and support those around you. Whether you’ve navigated grief, anger, sadness, joy, or everything in between, your experience has power—both to heal yourself and to uplift others.
In a world that often feels divided, The Power of Loving reminds us that the distance between us and the power of love is smaller than we think. It’s an invitation to shift away from fear and judgment, and to open up to the profound truth: love connects us all.
By the end of this week, you will walk away not only more open-hearted but more attuned to the availability of love in every corner of life: whether it’s the sound of birdsong, a quiet gesture of kindness, or the simple act of being present with each other. Come with your own story and experiences, and leave with a renewed sense of connection, compassion, and the extraordinary power of love that flows through us all.

About Jason Rowe
He fell in love with the 5Rhythms in 2003 becoming an accredited teacher in 2011. He subsequently studied and qualified to teach the Heartbeat map in 2015. Jason holds weekly open classes and regular workshops in London; and teaches out in the wider dancing community across the UK and Internationally both in person and online. Since 2022 he has been apprenticed to Jonathan Horan in training to teach the Medicine Dance map combining Waves, Heartbeat & Cycles levels of the practice. About Alex Mackay
Alex has been teaching 5Rhythms® since the 1990s, and is known for light and depth in her teaching, offering few well-chosen words, and opening a sense of wonder. She offers the archetypal maps called God, Sex and the Body, as well as Waves and Heartbeat levels. Alex is energetic, embodied, and creative.
