2026 and year of the fire horse - the planet has so much turmoil and so much beauty - but how are you feeling?! The dance floor is a refuge - no substances, no talking, just space for you to move how you need to. 5Rhythms is a profound movement map that guides us to our own wisdom, creativity and instincts. Moving through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, we practice moving through the waves and circumstances of our life with creativity, authenticity and presence.
There is gentle facilitation and inspiring music to support you, but ultimately this is your dance.
