Good morning OR's 😊 It's that time of the week again to think about our group 5km run.
Huge well done to everyone who ran over the weekend. Whether at Parkrun, on your own route or at an organised event 👏 👍
Following a request for an end of the summer social we will be running our usual 5km and then heading to The Yachtsman pub for a drink after. EVERYONE IS WELCOME

Remember you need to be dressed to be seen, so bright clothing and for safety we need to be running in pairs or groups to ensure no one is running alone. 🏃🏃♀️
