Come and join us at Nowton Park, Bury St Edmunds.
Meet at 8.45am outside the Grounds Cafe.
We will walk (and chat), jog and occasionally break out into a run, completing 1 or 2 loops around the normal park run route.
Stay for a cuppa and cake if you like and hopefully the sun will join us as well!
Suitable for anyone recently diagnosed, mid treatment, post surgery, or just looking to build fitness ready for treatment/surgery, or to recover afterwards - you are all welcome.
Family, friends and dogs also welcome.
Supported by Oncologist (Liz), Physios (Anna, Hayley and Angela), and retired nurse/cancer patient (Jill) plus many regulars.
