5K Walk for Domestic Violence Awareness

Please join us for our Purple Walk as we come together to support survivors of domestic violence and the children impacted by abuse.
Every step we take helps bring hope, safety, and healing to individuals and families in our community. Child & Family Center’s domestic violence services are provided free of charge and include emergency shelter for those in dangerous situations, a 24-hour hotline, counseling, and legal advocacy.
This is a family-friendly event, and dogs are welcome too—so bring your favorite four-legged friend and walk with us for a cause that truly changes lives.
Together, we can stand with survivors and help create a safer, healthier community.
Adults/Teens – $50 registration fee
Kids under 10 – Free
All adult/teen registrations include T-Shirt, Pancake Breakfast, MB2 Coupon and Medal. Please indiate shirt size on registration form.
Pets are welcome to join the walk for free. Walking alongside your pup serves as a reminder of the many pets lost to domestic violence and celebrates the healing support they provide to their survivor. Pups receive an official “Wag” bag filled with yummy treats and special gifts.
