About this Event
The American Opal Society proudly presents their annual Opal, Gem and Jewelry Show at the Velvet Rose Event Center on October 28th and 29th (Saturday and Sunday) for 2023. It is the largest opal-focused gem and mineral show in the country. We offer dozens of amazing gems, minerals and jewelry vendors along with:
Opal and Gem Dealers from around the USA, Australia and beyond
Rough and Cut Opals, other gemstones, jewelry and supplies
Huge Drawing featuring a grand prize custom designed by master jeweler Stan McCall along with many other prices that you don't have to be present to win
Free Demonstrations of gemstone cutting, jewelry making, gem identification, faceting, wire-wrapping, etc...
Admission is $5.00 for Adults
Children under 15 and Students with ID are Free
