Experience Savannah's Historic District through a diverse collection of private homes, historic inns, and museum properties, each offering its own glimpse into the city's architecture, history, and holiday traditions.

General Admission tickets are $85 and offered in Morning and Afternoon sessions. New this year, a limited number of All Day Tour Passes are available for $110, giving guests the flexibility to enjoy the Tour throughout the day. A limited number of VIP Mercer Williams House Museum Experience tickets are also available for $125 and include all-day Tour access and special benefits.

Tickets are non-refundable, and we are unable to provide a wait list.

VIP Mercer Williams House Museum Experience — $125
9:00 AM–5:00 PM Tour access, plus VIP private check-in.

Start your day with a private tour of the Mercer Williams House Museum, former home of Jim Williams, organizer of the first Holiday Tour of Homes. Select from three tour times:

Space is limited to 25 guests at each tour time.

Tour Admission Policy

Your Holiday Tour of Homes wristband serves as your Tour ticket and must be worn for admission to all participating Tour properties. The Tour is for guests ages 12 and older. Children under age 12, including infants, cannot be admitted. Please plan accordingly, as we are unable to make exceptions on Tour day.

Wristband Pick Up

All Tour participants must pick up and wear their color-coded Tour wristband for admission. Tour Headquarters will be located at Hotel Bardo, 700 Drayton Street, Savannah, from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.

VIP ticket holders will receive their private check-in location and details via email the week before the Tour.

This is primarily a walking Tour. Many participating historic properties include stairs and other accessibility limitations.

Transportation Options

Trolley shuttle tickets are available for purchase separately. The trolley provides transportation between Tour Headquarters and centrally located Tour stops, not directly to individual homes and inns.
