Good morning, Class of ’76!
Here’s another update:
We have 99 attending as of this morning. Here's our time line for the weekend:
Friday, September 11th, 2026
Tour of the “old” Fitchburg High School starting at 3:00 p.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m. We will meet in the front lobby. An informal gathering will take place after the tour at Slattery’s Restaurant for those who wish to attend.
Saturday, September 12th, 2026
a. “The Rock Walk” starting at 10:00 a.m. We will meet at the Boulder Art Gallery, 960 Main Street, Fitchburg. Pete Capodagli, Class of 1968, will be our guide.
b. 50th Year Class Reunion, Monoosnock Country Club, 40 Monoosnock Avenue, Leominster, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, September 13th, 2026
Farewell Brunch, Knights of Columbus, 165 Electric Avenue, Fitchburg, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. Food will be prepared by Joe Haggerty, Class of 1975, in honor of his brother, Paul.
We need a head count by the week of the 24th, so if you are aware of anyone else attending that has not reached out to us please let them know time is running out to commit.
A reminder that cost of the event will be $76 per person, which covers hall rental, DJ services, and other miscellaneous expenses, along with catering services.
You may pay by check made out to: Alumni Association of FHS, Inc., with Class of 1976 Reunion in the Memo. Checks should be mailed to Class of 1976 Reunion, 199 Richardson Road, Fitchburg, MA 01420, attention Chris Woods.
