Come join us for a day filled with fun, food, and festivities at the Portland Community Complex, 2000 Billy G Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374. The event will feature live music, delicious food vendors, exciting games, and much more!

Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to celebrate with friends and family. Our Annual event brings in over 8k visitors and there are lots of fun things to be a part of this year! Activities include Windfest Parade, Furry Friends Parade with costume contest, Car Show, Marketplace Retail Vendor Tent and Food Truck vendors, IBCA Sanctioned BBQ Cook-off, Cornhole Tournament, Pickleball Tournament, Dachshund Dash in Pet Zone, Robotics, Port-a-Lab, Carnival and live entertainment.
