🎉 The 50th Annual Apple Butter Festival is coming to Berkeley Springs, WV on October 10–12, 2025, and you’re invited to celebrate five decades of fall magic in the mountains! 🍎🍂

We can’t wait for the sweet smell of apple butter simmering in the street, music echoing through the state park, and the joy of discovering stunning art, crafts, and handmade treasures. There's nothing quite like hearing the cheers from the hog calling contest (even if the hogs never show), or watching rubber ducks race toward glory in the duck race.
We’ll be drooling over blue-ribbon pies, clutching raffle tickets in hopes of winning the one-of-a-kind Apple Butter Quilt, and cheering on kids as they march proudly in the parade. And let’s not forget the bearded gentlemen prepping for the legendary Beard & Mustache Contest—faces fluffed, egos ready.
With over 200 vendors, live entertainment, and classic festival contests, the Apple Butter Festival is more than just an event—it’s a feeling. One filled with fun, flavor, and memories you’ll never forget.

Start the weekend with our Pre-Festival Party! Enjoy local craft beers, WV wines and spirits, and fantastic entertainment in our Beverage Garden. It’s the perfect chance for vendors, visitors, and locals to unwind before the big weekend begins. Grab a bite from one of our downtown eateries or food vendors and sip something delicious under the stars.
