We kick off on Friday (5:30pm) at The Well with a fireside chat and pickle ball class. All day Saturday at the Country Inn beginning at 10:00am.
All events are FREE and open to the public. No registration required
For centuries folks have gathered to experience real holistic healing at America's First Spa. Ringing in a healthy new year is customary and for over the last 30 years we have done so through our wellness weekend. Yoga, sound healing, massages, demonstrations, and vendors converge on the springs to experience the purity and wholeness that preserves resolutions throughout the year.
