Dear friends and followers of my JW Swing Orchestra, Sadly, due to factors beyond my control, the LP pressings as promoted will not be available on our planned LP launch night at the Austrian Club on October 12.
To say that I am disappointed would be un understatement, as all things to create this were done to the required timelines and standards. Sadly, there has been a major technical problem that needs to be address before I am satisfied that my product is acceptable for you.
I know many of you were planning to travel from near and far to support the night, as well as to buy these records. I ask though for your continued support by still attending as planned. There will be a CD version available, but obviously the main aim was to buy the Vinyl double-album to see the beautiful artwork and enjoy the listening experience of Vinyl.
In order for the Austrian Club to be able to afford to run these nights, they must have a full house and so, I ask for you to please still attend. If we have the numbers, they can hopefully book another date in 2025. It will be advised on the night if this transpires.
CD versions of the double album will be available for $30 on October 12, but due to the limits of what can be on a CD, 2 tracks from the double album won't be on the CD version.
