Join your lead trainer Sophie (500hr RYT & E-RYT200hr) for this 3 day inspiring Yin Yoga Course which runs on 23rd August in The Yogalab, Sandyford, Dublin. The schedule will be approximately 12pm to 6pm (with some variations depending on studio classes). There is 3 modules on the training, the Physical body, the Mental body & the Energy body.
