DATES & TIMES: Week 1. Thursday and Friday, October 17th and 18th / 5pm-9pm / Saturday and Sunday, October 19th and 20th / 8:30am - 4pm both days.
DATES & TIMES: Week 2. Thursday & Friday, October 24th & 25th 5pm-9pm / Saturday & Sunday, October 26th & 27th 8:30am - 4pm both days.

SYNOPSIS
Over the course of this 50 hour training, each student will be taken on a journey through the methods and principles of Yin Yoga. The topics covered in the course will be a blend of science, anatomy, and Eastern Philosophy dedicated to practitioners and yoga teachers looking to deepen their personal practice.
Additionally, this program allows for eligibility towards YACEP (Yoga As Continuing Education Program) through the Yoga Alliance.
