Join us for a special 50+ Freestyle Drum Circle, a joyful gathering of rhythm, energy, and connection. Together, we’ll create spontaneous music that flows harmoniously from the heart. No drumming or musical experience is needed; bring your enthusiasm and openness to play!
This is a fantastic way to beat the winter blues, recharge your energy, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Feel the rhythm, dance to the heartbeat, and let the good vibrations carry you into brighter days.
All participants aged 50 and up are welcome to come drum, dance, sing, or enjoy the group's rhythm. Extra drums and percussion instruments will be available. Activities include drumming, dancing, singing, prayers, and gentle group healing.
