5-week Afro-Cuban Intensive Series, where we will journey through the richness of Cuban culture covering Orishas, Palo, Arará, and all the way to Rumba.The foundation of Salsa, Mambo, and many Latin dance styles comes from Afro-Cuban movement.
When you understand that root, your dancing stops being steps… and becomes expression.
April 11 to May 9-2026
Each Saturday, we’ll spend 2 hours together, diving deep into:
-Afro-Cuban body movement & technique
-Rhythm, musicality, and cultural understanding
-Traditional roots and their connection to modern dance
This is more than a class...it’s an experience to reconnect with the roots, develop your movement, and bring more depth and authenticity into your dance.
