5-week Series: January 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10; 5:30pm-6:15pmWeek 1: Breathwork- Tools for Regulating the Nervous System
Week 2: Meditation/Mindfulness- Focus Attention, Broaden Awareness
Week 3: Yogic Somatic Movement- Body Awareness, Stress Relief
Week 4: Healthy Boundaries- Personal & Energetic
Week 5: Review: Create Home Practice
Ages: 10-18 (ages 10-15 must be accompanied by an adult. Adult participation not required, but encouraged)
Cost: $55 for 1 child, Add on: $5/sibling
