September is nearly upon us! Once the kids are back at school and we settle into our evening routines, I’ll be running a new 5-week group meditation course — and I’d love to see you there �
Now more than ever, self-care is so important, and this is a lovely way to give yourself time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
