5-week Elemental Connection Through Yoga with Sequoia

Friday Yoga/Meditation at noon for your dose of elemental connection through yoga. Each yoga class will represent 1 of the 5 elements:

Earth- Primal & grounding flow

Water- Dynamic & gentle movements

Fire- Strength with breath of fire

Air- Restorative & yin yoga

Spirit- Deep meditation & reset

The style will move through a cycle of 5 weeks, be sure to join each week to catch the next element.

Your facilitator, Sequoia, is a Xicana (Latin Indigenous) trauma informed guidance facilitator, who specializes in teaching those in recovery, grief, and shaking off trauma. Her inspiration for this class is bringing her western native traditions into the eastern practice of yoga.
