About this Event

5 to 10k course - York Knavesmire Harriers

Come join us for a 9 week course at and around York Knavesmire with the York Knavesmire Harriers!

It's designed for those who've completed a Couch to 5k course and are looking for the next steps. You should be able to run 5km without stopping, and be able to commit to 3 runs per week.

We meet every Monday at 6:30pm from 24 March to 19 May , meeting behind the York Racecourse main building, apart from Easter Monday, which will be a chance for you to do your own run!

We will be running the Northallerton 10k on 25 May, and course participants will be welcome to join us to run their first 10k race. The course costs £20 which includes a technical running t-shirt on completion of the course. It does not include any race entries.
