About this Event
Running a coworking space is hard. We know that. But there are a few things that you can do to make your life easier, your tenants more engaged, and your investors happier.
During this session we'll share our expertise in running successful coworking spaces, giving you concrete tools to take away with you to implement immediately. We'll cover:
- Increasing and diversifying your revenue
- Reducing operational costs
- Providing additional value to your members
- Fostering meaningful partnerships
- Building a fantastic team
(If this isn't enough we're running a full day in-person workshop in September)

Who are these workshops for?
Whilst this workshop is primarily aimed at people who run workspace and communities, it is also designed for people who commission workspace and want to understand better how they can find operators and support them once in position.
We've therefore designed this workshop with the following people in mind:
- Organisations or individuals who are operating a workspace and looking to improve their service.
- Community managers who run an accelerator, incubator, or any other training programme and want to create more value for their community.
- People who are interested in commissioning impactful workspaces in their area or within their portfolio of properties.
