Class Description: demo using ready-made puff pastry dough. Lots of delicious samples You will have an opportunity to make a few of your own ladylocks at class. All the supplies provided!
In the demo you will see how to make ladylocks, apricot-cream squares, open-face fruit tarts, sample various fillings and icings and much more!
* learn lots of ideas using the dough, fruit fillings and icings
* how to roll, cut and wrap the dough to make your own ladylocks and how to fill them with ease
*Includes recipe booklet, coupon and box of delicious pastries to take home

A: This is a fun class with a friend and some like to come with their little cooking helpers. We recommend registration for kids at age 8 and older with a registered adult.
