Originally developed by P&G and based on the QAKE 19 Key Elements framework, this comprehensive program is delivered by experienced former P&G Quality Assurance professionals. Through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and practical exercises, participants will gain valuable tools to help build, maintain, and continuously improve effective quality systems.
The training is particularly valuable for P&G employees, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and supply chain quality professionals seeking to strengthen compliance with industry standards, regulatory expectations, and customer quality requirements, including P&G Quality Assurance Agreements, I-Quality, and EDANA.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Interactive Computer-Based Plant Audit Simulation: Participants will navigate a simulated manufacturing facility, identify potential quality system gaps, evaluate observations, and apply QSD principles in a realistic audit environment.
