The Quick2Consult Quality System Design (QSD) program is based on P&G's former QAKE 19 Key Elements and is delivered by experienced former P&G Quality professionals. While rooted in proven quality system principles, the program has continued to evolve through ongoing content enhancements, current industry best practices, and the incorporation of relevant industry guidance, including EDANA materials where appropriate.
Designed for P&G suppliers, contract manufacturers, and quality professionals, this comprehensive five-day program provides participants with practical tools and proven methodologies for developing, implementing, and sustaining robust quality systems that support regulatory compliance, customer expectations, and operational excellence.
Throughout the week, participants will engage in instructor-led discussions, practical exercises, real-world case studies, and interactive workshops that can be immediately applied within their own organizations. The course emphasizes practical implementation, continuous improvement, risk reduction, and building quality systems that deliver sustainable business results.
Participants will receive a professionally organized training notebook, supporting course materials, and a Certificate of Completion.
