The Quality System Design (QSD) training is built upon the former P&G QAKE 19 Key Elements training framework. The course is delivered by former P&G Quality Assurance professionals, including individuals involved in the development and implementation of the original QAKE 19 system.

Completion of this training helps suppliers, contract manufacturers, and other supply chain partners establish a strong quality system foundation that supports compliance with industry and regulatory expectations, as well as applicable customer quality requirements, including P&G Quality Assurance Agreements, Contracts, and I-Quality expectations.
