5-Day Mindfulness Advanced Course with A/Prof Angie Chew and May Chng
About this Event
5-Day Mindfulness Advanced Course
This intensive five-day non-residential programme offers experienced mindfulness practitioners an opportunity to deepen and sustain their practice through an immersive learning experience.
Through guided mindfulness practices, mindful movement, reflective exercises, and group discussions, participants will strengthen inner resources such as self-awareness, emotional balance, resilience, and presence.
Participants will learn to recognise habitual reactions to stress, difficult emotions, and relationship challenges, and cultivate the capacity to respond with greater awareness, calm, and choice in both their personal and professional lives.
In addition to deepening personal practice, the course introduces the foundations of guiding selected mindfulness practices for clients and groups. Through demonstrations, structured teach-back exercises, and supportive feedback, participants will develop confidence and practical skills to facilitate mindfulness practices in a safe, appropriate, and embodied manner.
