Yoga is an intimate space of connection where the mind, body and spirit transform. Hands-on assisting guides the student into a sense of the sacred. More than just fixing posture, assisting in the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method is a healing art.
Discover the foundation of how to give physical adjustments in Ashtanga Yoga through a careful analysis of lineage, tradition and effective communication. While verbal cueing and visual demonstration are wonderful, the physical body responds and learns through touch.
Develop your kinesthetic intelligence to unlock the magic of hands-on assists and speak the honest language of the body.
Maximize your effectiveness as a teacher and learn how to receive as a student. We will learn how to hold space for the students’ spiritual journey and allow their bodies to be the guide.

Only Assisting school (No Mysore)
