First Course
Short Rib Ravioli
House-made ravioli filled with slow-braised short rib, served atop a Calabrian chili ragĂą featuring sweet tomato notes and gentle heat, finished with a crisp of aged Parmesan.

Second Course
Root & Branch Cobb Salad
