There is a quiet wisdom that lives within you—woven through your lineage, carried in your bones, and whispered through the voices of those who came before. Tea and Spirit: Honoring Grandmothers is an invitation to slow down, soften, and step into a sacred space of remembrance, connection, and deep feminine support. This gathering is created for women who feel the call to reconnect with their inner knowing and the ancestral guidance that is always available to them.
Together, we will share tea in a circle, allowing the simple ritual of sipping to open the heart and ground the body. Through gentle energy work and intentional clearing with drum and sage, we will release what no longer serves and create space for clarity and renewal. You’ll be guided through a deeply nourishing meditation designed to help you connect with your feminine ancestors - the grandmothers of spirit who walk with you, guide you, and hold you in unconditional love.
You’ll connect with Divine Feminine wisdom to receive insight, comfort, and messages. There will also be time for sharing, reflection, and authentic connection with other women walking their own paths of healing and awakening. Whether you come seeking guidance, community, or simply a moment to breathe and be held, this experience is a gentle yet powerful return to yourself.
If you don’t have relationship with your grandmothers or know who your ancestors were, you can still connect to your feminine ancestral wisdom and love to receive healing.
Come as you are, and allow yourself to be supported, seen, and nourished in the presence of Divine Feminine Spirit.
