Pull up a seat for a slice of Provence as we enter an elaborate collage of frolic, fun, and frivolity. Our impossibly delicate Wine of the Month, Côtes du Rhône, hits all the right fragrant notes for springtime. Indeed, it’s time to ready your palate for a slate of French countryside staples adorned with butter and cream, and a sea of freshness and decadence in between. Together, we’ll bid the cold adieu and take a stroll through the South of France in full bloom.

An Evening in Provence- Wine Club Dinner Menu ($79 per person):

• Start Your Evening with the French Blonde
• Petite Baguette with Whipped Butter & Maldon Salt
• Soupe au Pistou Farmer’s Vegetable and Bacon Soup with a Petite Pissaladiere, Caramelized Onion, Valbreso French Feta, Baby Arugula | Paired with the Cooper's Hawk Exclusive May Wine of the Month: Côtes du Rhône Blanc
• Roasted Rack of Lamb Spring Vegetable Ratatouille, MontAmore Whipped Potatoes, Daube Provencal | Paired with Shiraz
• Grand Marnier Creme Brulee Fresh Berry Chantilly, Assortment of Macarons | Paired with Lux Sparkling

Note: Additional drinks or cocktails not on the event menu may be purchased. Wine pairings may be substituted with select wines on our wine list.

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Tuesday, May 21 @ 7:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.

• Event reservations close 48 hours prior
• You will be seated with other guests during this dinner, since that's the fun of it!
