4yoga Book Club: How To Not Know

We will gather in November for the next quarterly meeting of our book club. This quarter's book is HOW TO NOT KNOW, by journalist Simone Stolzoff. Subtitled "The Value of Uncertainty In a World That Demands Answers," this 2026 book promises to provide tools to help us navigate through many dimensions of our lives.
From the author's website:
From our careers to our politics to our personal lives, the future is unknown. And yet, our capacity to tolerate this uncertainty is in decline. How to Not Know will help you prepare for―and even appreciate―the uncertainty that surrounds us.
Through gripping stories of people grappling with big problems without easy answers―from an economist trying to predict the next market crash to an island nation reckoning with the existential impact of climate change―acclaimed journalist Simone Stolzoff shows how to develop comfort with ambiguity and build tolerance for the unknown.
Blending engrossing storytelling, research, and practical insights, How to Not Know is an essential guide to navigating uncertainty with courage and clarity.
About the 4yoga book club: Our book club is a free community event and always welcomes new members. In addition, we enjoy discussing books with folks whether they practice yoga with us or not. If you have an interest in November's topic, grab the book, read as much as you want, and come for our chat.
For those who prefer borrowing to buying, check out one of the copies available from the Warren County Public Library. WCPL holds both a physical book and an e-audiobook for our community's benefit.
