Hey volleyball lovers! 🏐
Ready for some fun on the sand? We are hosting the BAIS 4x4 Amateur Mixed Beach Volley Tournament, and we'd love to see you and your squad out there.
Here is everything you need to know to get your team ready to roll:
🗓️ When & Where
Date: Sunday, July 19th
Time: We start heating up at 16:30 and expect to wrap up around 21:00.
Location: Margaret Island Athletics Center

👥 Squad Goals: Team Structure & Rules
The Core Four: Matches are played 4x4.
Bring Back-up: You can bring up to 3 substitutes, meaning your total roster can have a maximum of 7 players.
The Gender Rule: To keep it a true mixed tournament, each team must have at least 1 woman playing on the field at all times.
Switching it up: You can make up to 3 substitutions per match.
🤝 This is a friendly, community-focused competition designed to be fun for everyone.
Self-Officiated: There won’t be any referees, so we rely on good sportsmanship and teams calling their own matches fairly.
New to the game? No worries. We will gather everyone right before we start to explain the basic rules in person.
🏆 What’s on the Line?
We'll be celebrating the top teams! Prizes will be awarded to the top 4 finishing teams.
Note: There are strictly 4 prizes allocated per team, so plan accordingly if you bring extras!
✍️ Registration & Fees
Captains, you’re up! Only one registration is allowed per team, and it needs to be filled out by the team captain.

The Financials:
Base Fee: 14,000 HUF for your core team of 4 players.
Extra Players: +2,000 HUF for each substitute you bring along.
How to pay: Don't worry about paying right this second. Payment instructions will be sent directly to the team captain after registration.
ℹ️ BAIS as an organization doesn’t handle the financial transaction. The participation fee is collected directly by the organizer to help cover the venue hire and organizational costs.
