4th Thursday Free Cooking Classes

Join Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) and Feeding Tampa Bay on the fourth Thursday of the month for a free cooking demonstration. We'll taste test a new recipe, share healthy eating tips, and talk about the health benefits of foods. This class will also focus on how to save money at the grocery store. Participants will receive a recipe and handouts. Each class has a giveaway such as herbs, seeds, a fruit tree, and kitchen tools. Class is at 6 PM - 7 PM every month. All are welcome. Please try to attend all classes in the series. Materials provided by TFHC, the USDA-NRCS, and Feeding Tampa Bay.
