PLEASE NOTE: Our 4th of July Weekend Celebration events and activities are for members and lodging guests only.
Enjoy the peak of summer vacation in the Blue Ridge Mountains during our annual 4th of July Weekend Celebration.
THURSDAY, JULY 4TH
• 11am-8pm Beach Cookout
• 10-11:30am Morning Games
• 11am-3pm Fire Truck Rides at Wellness Center
• 1-2pm Foam Party on the Pavilion Lawn
• 2-3:30pm Afternoon Games
• 4pm Golf Cart Parade. Call 828.694.3042 for details.
• 6-8:30pm All American Dinner on Terrace. Includes a Prime Rib buffet, cash bar, and private seating for fireworks. Price $48++ (adults) $13.95++ (kids under 12). To RSVP, email [email protected].
• 7-10pm Limited Members Only Seating “VIP Deck” at Legends. Includes Chef hors d’oeuvres and private seating for fireworks. Price $25++. Additional food and beverages are available at menu pricing. To RSVP, email [email protected].

WRISTBAND POLICY FOR THURSDAY, JULY 4TH:
Only members and registered guests will be allowed on the property. Only those WEARING a wristband will be allowed on the beach. The following is the wristband policy for 2024:
• Wristbands are now available for Members in good standing.
• Wristbands are limited to 2 per bedroom +4, a maximum of 14 for an improved property.
• Limit of 4 wristbands per unimproved lot. Members can get wristbands for all properties owned.
• Requests for wristbands can be made by emailing [email protected]. Please include your name and member number along with the requested number of wristbands in your email. Wristbands will be available for pickup within 2 business days at the Guest Services Front Desk during business hours. They will also be available for pickup on July 3rd at the Guest Services Front Desk. Children 6 and under will not be required to have wristbands.
• Please note all registered Rumbling Bald Lodging Guests will receive their wristbands at check-in. There is no need to request your wristbands.
