4th of July Parade and Celebration — Eastmoreland Neighborhood Association
!! ENA 4TH OF JULY PARADE / CELEBRATION 2026 !!

In a bit over 3 weeks, our country celebrates it’s 250th birthday, and there is nowhere better in Oregon (at least according to this emailer) to celebrate than the 32nd annual Eastmoreland Fourth of July Parade CELEBRATION.
YES,THERE WILL BE A PARADE
The Parade will feature an escort by a Portland Fire Engine, music by the Portland Power Pep Band, classic cars from the Mt Hood Mustang Club, and the Duniway Bike Bus. And the best part is you and your family can join in the parade and walk or bike the parade route.
YES,THE ART FAIR IS BACK
We again welcome talented artists all from Eastmoreland or close-by neighborhoods. There will be tables on the grassy area of Reed College Place near SE Rex, where the parade begins.
YES, FREE HOT DOGS AND COFFEE ARE STILL A THING
With support of Ottos and the ENA, the Celebration will be the only place in Eastmoreland offering free hot dogs and coffee on July 4th (just remember to tip the servers)
NEW THIS YEAR - PETTING ZOO!
We are also adding a petting zoo (well, actually four adult goats). The petting zoo operator will control the number of kids who can enter the pen. Parents please be respectful of the line and time allotments.
Now you see why it’s a celebration and not just a parade!
