4th of July Celebration
Join your American Legion Family as we celebrate 250 years of freedom! The entire family (Legion, Auxiliary, Sons and Riders) are hosting an event for all to enjoy!
We'll have burgers, dogs, chicken skewers and more fresh from the grill from 1pm-6pm.
We'll have open jukebox from 12pm-5pm with Bar Poker taking place while the music is playing.
There will be a water slide for the kiddos from 12pm - 2pm, as well as a dunk tank. - Come dunk your favorite (or least favorite!) Officer.
The cornhole boards and horseshoe pits will be open all day long. We're not having a tournament, just having fun!
A watermelon eating contest will be held for kids and adults and we'll be holding 2 special fundraisers:
• An Officers' Pie-In-The-Face fundraiser where you can put a pie in the face of to Post Commander & 1st Vice, The Auxiliary President and 1st Vice President, the Sons Commander and 1st Vice & The Riders Director and Assistant Director!
• We'll also have a raffle for the Commander's Parking Spot - the winner will be able to use the Commander's spot for an entire month.
Of course, we'll have a 50/50 raffle, basket raffles and possibly a bake sale.
The day will finish up with live music by Live & Learn from 5-9pm and the Sons' weekly Queen of Hearts Charity Raffle held at 7:15pm (members only for the QOH).
BONUS: You'll also be able to watch fireworks from the backyard!
