Members,A few reminders about 4th of July Celebration.
(Especially for our newest members)
The club opens at 10am. Tables are issued on a first come-first serve basis. Members can, and y'all usually do, begin lining up early in the morning. Please be aware that a member must be present in line at all times to hold his/her spot. (you cannot drop off an ice chest at 2 in the morning, leave and come back at 9:45). Only 1 table per membership.
Please note that if you don’t plan on arriving at the club until later in the afternoon, there may not be any tables available, so you might want to consider bringing lawn chairs and maybe an easy-up.
Please make your guests aware of the no glass policy. (This includes crock pot lids, etc.)
Sign-up sheets for the BBQ pits will be available at the directors table a few days in advance. Members can sign up for BBQ Pits in 1 hour increments. Please take this into consideration when planning what you will cook. Depending on demand you may not be able to stay on a pit for more than an hour.
At the director’s discretion, floats and balls may not be allowed in the pool, due to a greater number of people in the pool.
The guest rate of $10 will be in effect.
The club will be hosting family activities throughout the day.
