VROOM VROOM!! Come see cars and trucks from bygone days at the 3rd Annual 4th of July Car Show at the History Center's McRitchie-Hollis Museum parking lot! The event opens at 9:30 a.m., just after the 4th of July parade in downtown Newnan. Be sure to stop by before 1:00 when the cars will zoom away! Owners will be on hand to discuss their unique vehicles and answer questions.
Please park in the UWG-Newnan parking lot and walk the short distance to the History Center's back lot.
Though this is a FREE event please consider making a donation to benefit the History Center! Also, be sure to bring some extra cash and an empty stomach because you don't want to miss out on a yummy Hot Dog Lunch, complete with toppings, chips, a soft drink, and a cookie all at an affordable price! You also don't want to miss out on the electrifying jam session with guitarist, Lauran Hunt!
There is a $25 registration fee for drivers who would like to participate in the car show and have a chance to win a 1st-, 2nd-, or 3rd-place prize! Please follow the link on our website to register or register in person on the day.
