Join us for our 13th annual 4th of July beach workout. This year we need to move closer to the Pavilion on the beach to avoid the construction. Park in the city park and let’s meet up at the Pavilion.
If you are not a current member of EHP or CrossFit Detroit Lakes, you’ll need to sign a waiver.
