Dear Colleagues and Friends,
I‘m delighted to invite you to the 4th International Symposium on Tumour-Host Interaction in Head and Neck Cancer in conjunction with the 1st Satellite Symposium on Artificial Intelligence in Head and Neck Oncology, taking place in Essen, Germany from January 22–24, 2026.
We have been able to attract the world’s leading experts on various emerging and relevant topics in head and neck oncology in order to discuss the most recent developments in the field. I'm looking forward to high-level discussions and to our scientific state-of-the-art program.
From prevention and diagnostics, new immunotherapies and drug targets to multiomics and artificial intelligence, an outstanding international and interdisciplinary conference experience can be expected:
High-yield conference on experimental and translational head and neck oncology
Knowledge transfer, networking and inspiration with world-leading experts
Covering topics from bench to bedside to stimulate the dialogue between basic scientists and clinicians
Great mix between PhDs and MDs expected
Opportunity for newcomers and experienced scientists to present and discuss their findings and share their own experiences with others
Our symposium will be held with scientifi c support of the German Society of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and the Working Group Oncology. For the first time we will also implement a Satellite Symposium on Artificial Intelligence in Head and Neck Oncology, which will take place on January 22, 2026. We are convinced that our meeting is a further step towards intensifying international cooperation in the future. You can contribute to this with your scientific work.
