4th Friday Art on the Town-Featuring Kevin O’Malley

Hello all my Fall lovers! We are excited to have with us through December 2026, Mr Kevin O’Malley!
“The History of America has always been a unique source of inspiration for artists.
While growing up on Long Island and now residing in my adoptive state of Delaware I've learned to appreciate the beauty and historic charm of both regions. At Historic New Castle and in other parts of this area there are stories of both local and national interest to be discovered.
Using my background in painting and illustration I like to express my fascination with these historic surroundings by depicting the people, both well-known and otherwise, which have help mold their communities along in this quickly changing world. I enjoy using various media such as graphite, pastels, watercolor and oil. My style leans toward an Americana and primitive look in many cases which I believe is well suited to the subjects I also find inspiration from my Celtic heritage as well.”
Please join us for light refreshments and meet the artist, I guarantee this will be a wonderful evening! See you there!
