Persimmons is thrilled to be partnering with CCHS to host their 4th annual Wine Fundraising Dinner!
This will be a 4 course dinner with wine pairings. Our bar will open 30 minutes before dinner starts for drinks and mingling. Dinner will start at 6pm.
Join us for a fabulous evening of food, wine, and animal love!
Menu*:
1st course- Thai salad with broccoli, kohlrabi, brussels sprouts, kale, radicchio, carrots, edamame, peanuts, and a rice wine vinaigrette
2nd course- Salmon cakes with arugula, lemon sriracha, and a San Marzano remoulade
3rd course- Scallops with poached shrimp, pearl cous cous, asparagus, and a lemon butter sauce
4th course- Yuzu filled beignet with a caramelized pineapple puree
