Join the movement! Monday….. October 13th. Putt Putt for fun while helping our neighbors receive free healthcare.
Most of us know someone who can use our services. Purchase tickets on our website wildflowerhealthcare.org and share our information. Let your church know, tell your friends and clubs and groups.
Anyone over 18, who lives in St John’s county, has no healthcare or dental insurance and makes under 300% of the poverty level qualifies to be seen in our clinic. (Approximately 45,000 a year for a single person).
Purchase your tickets. Bring your friends we will have groups of 4 tee off. Hurry tickets are selling fast.
